Our factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters with 48,000 square meters as workshop and is able to produce 200 million pieces seals every year. During 2006, factoryworkforce rose to more than 300 employees, including 15 technicians and 5 senior engineers. Furthermore, our factory possesses of complete processing facility and precise instrument & equipment, which are mostly purchased from Germany and is in competetive position all over the world.
From 1995, we started to introduce technology, material and formula from Germany, USA and Japan so that we became nearly the largest manufacturer of sealing products in China in 1998. In addition, we have established long-term cooperation with several scientific organizations and high college laboratories to keep our factory one-up within China.
We are specialized in CPU, TPU, PTFE and NBR Sealing products, has 8 product lines, which allow us to produce over 30,000 different products. Our leading products are Hydraulic Seals and Pneumatic Seals, which are mainly used in automotive, mechanical engineering, stationary hydraulics, mobile hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power engineering and electrical engineering, chemical industry, process engineering, oil and gas equipment, as well as agriculture industry. Besides, we also provide international standard sealing products including Parker, Trelleborg(B+S), NOK and Valqua and so on.
Our product is popularized by its admirable quality and professional design. So far, the main buyers are Ningbo Haitian Compressor Co., Ltd, Hefei Metalforming Machine Tool Limited, Zhejiang Hangcha Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd etc... Moreover, our products have been exported to more than 80 counties such as Italy, Spain, Canada, Malaysia, Syria, UAE and so on.
